This took me longer than it should have, because I hate rolling slabs especially now since this unit made me roll so many. its alright overall its for my friend billy/bile he said its cool and he likes it. its low fire white and glazed with western purple under glaze and crystal clear brushing from mayco.

Didn't have a reference i just made a lantern. I did want to include a star of David because he is Jewish and he appreciates presents that celebrate his religion. purple is his favorite color so i made sure to choose that. He also likes constellations but i didn't want to glaze something that intricate so i just put 5 point stars on the other sides.

Butter dish that is far too small to hold any butter. I like the colors though. I think I will retry this and make it tall and try some other glazes out. I might even make it out of 612 if there is any left. It's really bumpy as well because i rushed it. Its Low fire white using rawhide and blue yonder mayco glazes inspired by something like the one below. However I made the walls too high on the dish and no handles on the sides as a result.

This is my series of 4 cups. Since these are just slab made cups i didn't have a reference. these took the longest to make because at first i tried to make pinch pots. that was time consuming so then i switched to slabs. The first slab cup i made came out wrong so i had to restart. and i finally got the technique down. The glaze is blueberry hill and grapel. Two of the cups are glazed with a scallop design found in nail art.
